The online training “Introduction to Bikefitting” is designed to provide the basics of cycle biomechanics and allow the cyclist to verify and improve his own set-up in order to avoid the onset of discomfort and pain.
The course deals with the issues of postural assessment, adjustment of the cleats, the saddle and the handlebar.
Being a basic course, it is designed for the cyclist who wants to test his position on the saddle. It is not suitable for the professional who wants to start a biomechanics business.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The course takes place online and lasts 1 hour. It is structured with 7 theoretical and practical video lessons, to understand the pedalling dynamics and how to adjust the contact points between bike and cyclist.
The course takes place in free e-learning mode: once registered you will receive an email with the links to access the videos and slides and you can follow the course at the speed you want, there are no time limits and the link remains valid even after have seen the whole course.
